So Much to Post So Little Time

Ski Trip
Becky and the Shorett family just returned from the annual Shorett/Becky ski trip up to Crystal Mountain. Snow was a bit choppy and constantly falling, wind blew strong enough to cause the temporary closure of the top half of the mountain, and temperatures hovered at freezing...but a great time was had as usual!

Restaurant Review - Edna's on BI
The recently remodled Pleasant Beach restaurant is already busy. But how good is the food?
I ordered the crabcake appetizer which was quite good, especially because of the chutney sauce. My companion had the Ceaser salad as a starter, which he declared "so-so". I had a salad as a main course (there could be more choices on the menu...) and did not finish it because it had way too much cheese and salad dressing. My partner had crayfish pasta which he declared to be "blah". The best part (aside from the surprisingly low prices) was the ice cream sundae. Points were deducted for having butter pats wrapped in foil. Final tally: 2.5 stars (out of 5).
